More About Eco-Match
An experienced mobile crushing & screening provider since 2014EXPERIENCE BUILT OVER REAL PROJECTS
Established in 2014, Eco-Match has grown from a mobile crushing and screening business into an experienced and capable service provider supporting projects across Southern Africa. Over the years, we have continued to grow, develop and advance our capabilities, building a strong foundation of practical experience across the renewable-energy, mining, construction and road sectors.
As Eco-Match has developed, so has our team, our mobile crushing and screening fleet and our ability to take on more complex and demanding projects. Today, we bring together experienced people and service providers, reliable mobile crushing and screening plant and a practical, solutions-driven approach to every project we undertake.
We believe that successful mobile crushing and screening is about more than simply putting a machine on site and charging an hourly rate. It is about understanding the specific project, anticipating challenges, working proactively and delivering a consistent production solution that supports the client’s overall site objectives.
UNDERSTANDING MOBILE CRUSHING & SCREENING
What is mobile crushing and screening?
Mobile crushing and screening is the process of crushing down, sizing and separating raw material or aggregate using tracked equipment that can easily be transported and operated directly on or adjacent to a project site. Instead of transporting raw material to a fixed crushing plant location, mobile crushing and screening plant can be transported to where the raw aggregate material is located, and then processed into the required aggregate sizes and products for use within the project.
How do you know if you need crushing and screening on site?
The need for on-site crushing and screening usually depends on the material availability, the product quantity required, the required aggregate product specification and the specific location of the project. If a project has suitable rock, waste material, excavated material or other raw aggregate sources available on or near site, mobile crushing and screening can be a practical way to process that material into the required aggregate products rather than hauling processed aggregate in from commercial sources.
What does a crushing and screening train typically look like?
A typical crushing and screening setup includes a primary crusher (i.e. a jaw or impact crusher), a secondary crusher (i.e. a cone crusher), followed by screening equipment, but very much depends on the nature of the raw aggregate material and the end aggregate product requirements. In some instances, a VSI crusher may also be incorporated where additional shaping or specific aggregate grading is required. In short, the crushing and screening train is determined by factors such as the raw aggregate type, feed size, required product specification, production volume and overall project aggregate requirements.
