Crushing & Screening Services

Mobile crushing and screening across Southern Africa

OUR BUSINESS SERVICE OFFERING

Eco-Match is a mobile crushing and screening service provider, delivering flexible, production-focused aggregate processing solutions across the renewable energy, mining, construction and road sectors.

Since 2014, we have built our experience around understanding the specific requirements of each project and tailoring our crushing and screening solutions accordingly. Our mobile plant allows us to establish processing capability directly on site, reducing unnecessary transport of aggregate material and providing our clients with practical, responsive solutions to their production requirements.

Our experienced team works closely with clients and project teams to understand aggregate material characteristics, required production volumes, product specifications and site conditions before determining the most suitable crushing and screening solution.

MOBILE CRUSHING & SCREENING

  • Single-stage, two-stage and multi-stage crushing and screening solutions.
  • Mobile jaw, impact, cone and VSI crushing and screening capabilities.
  • Processing of natural rock, aggregates and suitable construction materials.
  • On-site crushing and screening to product specifications according to project specific requirements.
  • Flexible plant configurations to accommodate different material types and production requirements.

CRUSHING & SCREENING QUESTIONS

What is the difference between screening and scalping?

Screening separates crushed or processed material into specific size fractions to produce the required aggregate products. Scalping is a more heavy-duty approach generally used before crushing to remove fines, dirt or undersize material from the feed, improving crusher efficiency and helping to maximise production output.

How do you know what crushing and screening plant you need?

You start with the aggregate product specifications you require on site. The required product size, grading envelope and project specification determine how the crushing and screening train will be configured and what plant you will need. At Eco-Match, our experience allows us to tailor the most efficient combination of crushers, screens and scalpers to achieve the required aggregate grading and production volumes. The crushing and screening plant is configured around the required product outcome, not the other way around.

What are the most common product sizes that are usually required?

There is no single “standard” product size, the required product depends entirely on the project specification and the ultimate product application. In South Africa, common aggregate products include G1, G2, G5, G6, G7, 19mm stone, 13mm stone and Crusher Dust, amongst others. The product specifications (i.e. grading envelope and in situ characteristics) differ for each and these, in turn, determine how the crushing and screening plant is configured.
