Equipment, Capabilities & Approach

Eco-Match equipment

Eco-Match owns and operates a fleet of mobile crushing and screening equipment, comprising multiple units across its crushing and screening capabilities. Our fleet is configured to support a range of material processing requirements and enables us to undertake integrated on-site crushing and screening operations.

Our equipment can be deployed individually or combined into coordinated processing configurations, depending on feed material characteristics, required product specifications and project production targets.

Key applications:

  • Separation of material into defined size fractions.
  • Screening of crushed and natural material.
  • Production of multiple aggregate fractions.
  • Scalping and removal of undersized material where required.

Our crushing & screening capabilities

Eco-Match provides mobile crushing and screening solutions designed around the specific requirements of each project.

Our capabilities extend beyond individual machine operations, encompassing the processing, sizing and separation of material to produce aggregate fractions for a variety of construction and infrastructure applications.

Primary Crushing

Reduction of larger blasted rock and run-of-mine material using mobile jaw crushing equipment. Primary crushing prepares material for subsequent screening and further processing.

Screening & Material Classification

Separation of processed material into defined size fractions to meet project-specific aggregate requirements and improve material utilisation.

Scalping & Feed Preparation

Removal of undersized material and separation of feed material ahead of crushing, helping to improve processing efficiency and manage plant throughput.

Multi-Product Aggregate Production

Production of multiple aggregate fractions through appropriate crushing and screening configurations, supporting road construction, mining and infrastructure applications.

Integrated Processing Operations

Deployment of coordinated mobile crushing and screening equipment to establish on-site processing operations. Equipment configurations are determined according to feed material characteristics, required output sizes and project production requirements.

Approach to operations

Eco-Match provides managed, on-site crushing and screening operations, tailored to the production and material requirements of each project.

Rather than supplying individual machines for hire, we undertake the processing operation through the deployment of our own mobile equipment and operational personnel.

Our approach includes:

  • Assessment of material characteristics and project requirements.
  • Selection of appropriate crushing and screening configurations.
  • Mobilisation and establishment of processing equipment on site.
  • Management of crushing and screening operations.
  • Production monitoring and operational oversight.
  • Equipment maintenance and performance management.
  • Adaptation of processing configurations where project requirements change.

Our objective is to provide an efficient and coordinated processing operation that supports the broader production requirements of each project.

Technology & performance monitoring

Eco-Match incorporates equipment telematics and operational monitoring into its approach to equipment management and performance.

Connected equipment provides visibility into important operating information, including:

  • Operating hours and equipment utilisation.
  • Fuel consumption.
  • Machine performance and operating conditions.
  • Maintenance intervals and service requirements.
  • Equipment monitoring and operational performance.

Access to equipment data supports informed maintenance planning, improved equipment utilisation and more effective operational management.

As technology continues to develop, we recognise the importance of combining modern equipment capabilities with experienced operators and effective operational management.
